Dep\u00e8n dels comentaris que rebem d\u2019altres persones i tamb\u00e9 dels \u00e8xits que anem obtenint. \u00c9s molt important tenir una bona autoestima per a afrontar els reptes de la vida amb seguretat en un mateix i optimisme. La baixa autoestima \u00e9s un dels s\u00edmptomes que acompanyen al baix estat d\u2019\u00e0nim. Com que l\u2019autoestima no \u00e9s estable sin\u00f3 que pot anar canviant, els pares i els mestres poden ajudar a millorar l\u2019autoestima dels nens.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Com podem fer-ho?<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Elogiar al nen en p\u00fablic i mai renyir-lo davant d\u2019altres persones.<br \/>\n\u00b7 A les escoles, no dir les notes dels nens en veu alta per evitar comparacions entre companys i que aquells amb notes m\u00e9s baixes se sentin avergonyits.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fixar-nos en les qualitats i capacitats del nen, qu\u00e8 se li d\u00f3na b\u00e9 ? Totes les persones destaquem en alguna cosa. El nen ha de tenir clar quins s\u00f3n els seus punts forts.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evitar el verb \u201c\u00e9sser\u201d i substituir-lo per \u201cestar\u201d. Per exemple, mai dir a un nen \u2018ets un vago perqu\u00e8 mai treballes\u2019, es pot dir \u2018en aquest moment est\u00e0s sent molt poc treballador i voldria que treballessis m\u00e9s\u2019.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Elogiar als nens no nom\u00e9s pel resultat obtingut sin\u00f3 per l\u2019esfor\u00e7 realitzat. No dir-li al nostre fill que li farem un regal si aconsegueix arribar a una nota determinada, sin\u00f3 premiar-lo (no cal que sigui material) en funci\u00f3 del seu esfor\u00e7.<br \/>\n\u00b7 \u00c9s molt important valorar a cada persona en funci\u00f3 dels seus punts forts i punts febles i no comparar amb la resta. Cada persona \u00e9s \u00fanica, amb uns punts forts a explotar i uns punts d\u00e8bils a millorar.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ajudar al nen a fixar-se objectius que pugui aconseguir. Els objectius han de ser realistes i a curt termini.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Dedicar un temps nom\u00e9s per al nen en el que se senti especial.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Donar un model positiu d\u2019autoestima al nen.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evitar adverbis com \u2018sempre\u2019 o \u2018mai\u2019. Per exemple, no dir al nen \u2018mai fas el que et dic\u2019, sin\u00f3 \u2018algunes vegades no fas el que et dic i vull que obeeixis m\u00e9s els pares\u2019.<br \/>\n\u00b7 \u00c9s primordial crear un ambient sa a casa evitant les discussions davant del nen.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ajudar al nen a transformar els pensaments negatius i poc realistes sobre s\u00ed mateix en altres de m\u00e9s positius. Fer-li pensar en els \u00e8xits que va aconseguit.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ajudant al nen a ser m\u00e9s aut\u00f2nom i donant-li responsabilitats que sabem que pot fer tamb\u00e9 millorem la seva autoestima.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;En realitat s\u00f3n les nostres decisions les que determinen el que podem arribar a ser, molt m\u00e9s que les nostres pr\u00f2pies capacitats&#8221;.
